Kopitareva gradina, poznata po snimanju serije "Bolji život" je simbol starog dela Beograda. 

Sam naziv ulice je ujedno sinonim za  mali trg ispred jedina tri ulaza u ovoj ulici, koja se nalazi između dve prometne ulice, Cara Dušana i Hilandarske. U najbližem okruženju se nalazi muzej - spomen kuća Laze Lazarevića i Muzej Jovana Cvijića.  Kopitareva gradina je proglašena za kulturno dobro, zaštićeno zakonom 1968. godine, i predstavlja izuzetak u urbanoj zoni centra Beograda.

Stan se nalazi na 3. spratu poznate predratne kuće iz 1935.godine od ukupno 8 stanova, koju je projektovao svetski poznati arhitekta Melamed.

Stan je četvorosoban, površine 150m2. Četvorostrano je orijentisan i poseduje prirodnu ventilaciju. The area was urbanized in the first decades of the 20th century, and it has largely retained its appearance to this day. It is characterized by rows of low, residential buildings. In addition to architectural values, there are memorial buildings of famous scientists, writers, artists, architects and merchants, some of them are: House of Jovan Cvijic, Ljubo Stojanovic, Laza Lazarevic, Milan Antonovic, Panta Tadic, Petar Putnik, House of Olga Jovanovic etc.

The square itself is close and at the same time isolated from the main roads. In the immediate vicinity there is a museum - the memorial house of Laza Lazarevic and the Museum of Jovan Cvijic. Kopitareva gradina was declared a cultural property protected by law in 1968, and is an exception in the urban zone of the center of Belgrade.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the famous pre-war house from 1935, out of a total of 8 apartments, designed by the world-famous architect Melamed. In addition to architectural value, this house was the inspiration of many media houses, one of them chose this house to shoot the famous local tv show  "Better Life".

The apartment has four bedrooms, size 150 sqm. It is oriented on four sides and has natural ventilation. It consists of an entrance hall from which you enter the living room and a special door can be used to enter the dining and kitchen area. Lounge living room with fireplace and exit to the balcony is located in the center of the apartment from which you enter all other rooms.
