Toplicin Venac is a small street and district in the heart of the old town, near the pedestrian zone Knez Mihailova. It is one of the most famous cultural and historical parts of the southernmost center of Belgrade. The street is named after the Serbian hero from the Battle of Kosovo (1389), Milan Toplica, and is located halfway from Obilićev venac to the Kosančićev Venac district, forming an almost uninterrupted pedestrian zone through the historic part of the old town.

In the middle is a park dedicated to Vojin Popović called "Vojvoda Vuk" (with his monument), one of the famous and highly decorated military commanders from the Balkans and the Great War (World War I).

Toplica's wreath contains several of the most beautiful architectural works in the city. In the direction of Obilićev venac (and further on the road to Zeleni venac), there is a monumental building of PRIZAD (now the press agency TANJUG), square in shape, built in 1937. Across the street is  Papakostopoulus house, built in 1907. On the other side of the square is the Museum of Applied Arts, next to the magnificent Milan Pavlović House. From there, passing by a small square, commonly known as "Petao"; (eng. "Singer"), with a small fountain with a rooster on top, you can head towards Kralja Petra Street and Belgrade Fortress. In the immediate vicinity is the most famous street of Belgrade, Knez Mihajlova, as well as the Palace Hotel, built in 1923, at that time the most beautiful hotel in the entire Balkans. From there you can go down, in the direction of Kosančić's wreath, a beautiful neighborhood near the Belgrade fortresses, overlooking the Sava River. It is recognizable by its cobbled streets and the atmosphere that evokes the spirit of old Belgrade.

Toplica's wreath is the only part of the old town that preserves the spirit of old, elegant Belgrade.

In this environment, with special attention we offer you a lounge in a building built in 1903, with a ceiling height of 3.9 m. The building has two entrances, the main entrance from the pedestrian zone on Topličin venac, as well as the courtyard entrance to the building, which was once used to serve old aristocratic families.

This unique salon is located on the high ground floor, 160m2, with a basement of 60m2, connected by circular stairs, so that the upper and lower level as a whole can be characterized as a house on two levels.

The upper level consists of three very spacious lounge rooms facing the street, an entrance hall and a large dining room connected to the kitchen. In the right part of the apartment, there are two also large rooms that open onto the second entrance (courtyard) and a girl's room with a bathroom.

The lower level of this unique salon is a space of 60m2 in which there are old pre-war arches on the ceiling, it is bordered by baked bricks and has installed installations. The space has natural ventilation. It can be used for a winery, gym, sauna and other purposes.

Salonac has a beautiful pre-war restored mud stove, which can be used. The woodwork is original, while the parquet is oak.

Thanks to all the characteristics of this salon (location, area, large basement space with installations, unique cultural and historical value), this property is an exclusive offer that brings the buyer timeless and immeasurable investment value.
